Knyken Knyken langrenn

The team meets again to start the prep for Sochi. The plan was that we should be in Lillehammer, but the hill isn`t ready. The same problem we have in Trondheim.

But 40min east from Granaasen there is  a brand new sports facilities with several hills and a fantastic rollerski track. The place is called Knyken and are located in Orkdal.

We are gonna stay there until Friday, and jump every day before we move up in the mountins to find some snow.

 

Sognefjellet

Sognefjellet is our next stop. Gonna test som skiis, and work with my technique.

The camp starts today, and end`s June 12.

Looking forward to start up again, and see the other boys.
